JIGSAW x EMW
Last year the team at Jigsaw reached out interested in collaborating on a print for their SS22 collection. After many months dyeing fabrics, testing colours and experimenting with different techniques, going backwards and forwards with the design team we came up with 3 final prints. These prints were inspired by summer in the country, specifically Oxfordshire, where I was based last year, before moving my studio to London. Think dappled sunlight through old gnarly tree branches, wild flower fields, lichen growing up trunks; the textures and patterns of nature, full, leafy and verdant in mid-summer.
These prints make up the Paint Drops Collection, an exclusive limited edition capsule of printed silk clothing, including, a dress, midi skirt, shirt and palazzo trousers, along with a silk scarf and a printed linen t-shirt.
